Tragic Spell (1951)

a treasure, which popular belief believes to be of demonic and therefore bewitched origin, messes up the masaro sebastiano who, having found it, took it to his farm. since that day, in the family, they do not happen that misfortune. the daughter-in-law instigates her husband to steal the treasure, then tries with her brother-in-law who has fallen in love with her. the boy tries, but he is killed by his father who did not recognize him and who goes mad with pain. the woman, who was ready to escape with the treasure and the young man, discovered by her husband, flees, but ends up in a ravine dragged by her runaway horse.
