febbre (1943)

an engineer who is in guinea returns to spain to visit his fiancée and, after marrying her, take her with him. a bitter disappointment, however, awaits him: his business partner not only cheated him, but also took away his girlfriend's affection. exasperated and distraught, he decides to take revenge by doing himself justice, but a girl, known by chance, prevents him from making the irreparable. meanwhile his partner is found killed and all the evidence is against the engineer who is arrested but, before being sentenced, the ex-girl confesses her guilt and he goes back into freedom.
