The Haunting (1999)

fascinated by the legends about hill house, a villa that is said to be inhabited by menacing ghosts, dr. david marrow brings together three young men in the house under the pretext of conducting a study on sleep disorders. the three guinea pigs are: theo, an exuberant and confident researcher, but only in appearance; luke, cynical and suspicious of the doctor; nell, vulnerable and sensitive. the ghosts are not slow to manifest themselves and turn out to be more consistent than the legends say.
