gladys kravitz sees unexplained phenomena happening in the house of her new neighbors, the stephens, but she cannot convince her husband abner. he joins his friends june and shirley to welcome samantha to the neighborhood, hoping to find out more about that strange family. meanwhile, endora agrees, although unwillingly, to meet his son-in-law.
