roma città libera (1946)

a thief, who had entered an apartment for robbery, finds instead a young man who is about to commit suicide. it makes him desist from the crazy attempt and after stealing a precious necklace the two go around the city meeting other human beings prey to anxiety, anxiety and dissatisfaction.
