carmen fra i rossi (1939)

during the spanish civil war, a girl organized an information service for nationalists. the fiancé, disguised as a militiaman, having held an extremely trustworthy post, enters madrid and joins the young woman, then returns to the front. through the radio, with which the girl transmits, he listens in anguish to the dramatic assault of the militiamen and the killing of the girl. stravolto comes out of the trench and goes to meet the enemy and the death that reaches him with a shot.
