triple agent (2004)

it is 1936, europe is shaken by the french popular front and by the spanish civil war. fjodor, a young general of the tsarist army who took refuge in paris and his wife, a greek artist named arsinoé, also take part in the general chaos. while she sympathizes with her communist neighbors, he carries out secret missions, having fun confusing the waters. he does not even try to hide the fact that he is a spy, but he keeps the identity of those he works for hidden.
