a california citizen is at the mercy of a band of motorized thugs, the black rebels. the sheriff attempts the dialogue card without result. the rebel leader, johnny, in spite of his tough attitude, turns out to be more human than the others. for example he is the one who intervenes when some bikers bother kitty, the sheriff's daughter. but when the girl shows him his sympathy, johnny returns "wild". until, unjustly accused of murder by chino, his deputy and rival, he will be acquitted by the girl's father.
