Weird Tales (1994)

during a train journey a little girl asks her father to tell stories. the man thus begins to invent surreal stories using the people who enter the compartment as protagonists. in the first story a man wakes up and starts breathing heavily. he will find that the air has come off because he didn't pay the bill. in the second story a single woman goes to the supermarket to buy a man on display. in the third story two families who live in the same building face each other belliscently from the balcony.
