The Last Enemy (1974)

alpha is once again involved in a war: between the planets beta and delta, which are on equal and opposite orbits with respect to their sun, a bitter conflict is underway. the passage of the moon offers beta the opportunity to send satazius down onto the satellite, a giant combat spaceship that begins to immediately bomb the enemy planet. delta responds to fire by launching missiles against alpha, to induce the terrans to reveal the enemy's position. dione, commander of satazius, in turn threatens the alphani, who seem hopelessly caught between two fires.
