la sirena del golfo (1948)

during a beauty contest in amalfi, mario loves maria but neglects him for organizing the event. but the young man is likeable to the girl's aunt, an old actress who rediscovers in the feeling of the young ancient memories of a love with a man whom she believes is dead but who instead is there, alive and well. it ends with the four all together.
