to get hold of a large inheritance left to them by an extravagant uncle, two cousins ??from the country, somewhat miserly, must spend their entire estate on a testamentary disposition; having done this, they will be allowed to open a safe where about two hundred million dollars should be kept. reduced to misery they finally have access to the chest, in which they find nothing but a cinematographic film reproducing the deceased uncle who teases them for their shooting. but, unexpectedly, the squandered money is part of a stroke of luck in their pockets.
