ladro di donne (1936)

a former convict succeeds in winning the trust of a famous writer and tightens his relations with his cousin. he could also carry out some criminal plans if he wasn't exposed, but he manages to escape and a few years later he finds the woman married again. blackmail threatening to reveal to her current husband the previous relationships she had with him. the woman, not at all frightened, confesses everything to her husband, sending the plan of the blackmailer who goes away scorned upstream.
