marco, a writer in search of success, abandons his girlfriend in the village to go to the city with a famous singer who has little respect for him. humiliated by the woman and frustrated in her ambitions, the young man returns home, but finds his ex-girlfriend married to another. dejected, he leaves again for an uncertain destiny.
