bepi, grandfather and father of a simple and honest character, is the protagonist of a late enrichment. money, however, does not fit his head and does not make him forget the humble origins that are for him an incessant source of wisdom. he continues to work for delicate and pathetic issues and also settles matters with regard to the lawyer son who seduced a maid and then makes the puritan in the courtroom.
