keep cool (1997)

xiao shuai, a young bookseller in beijing, pines for the beautiful an hong, engaged to a rich and influential man. to win her back, xiao arrives to make a statement under her house, but her boyfriend beats him. during the beating the expensive computer of a passerby, lao zhang, is torn to pieces. he does all he can to get compensation, but he will have to deal with xiao's desire for revenge.
