a wealthy industrialist falls in love with a girl who, already engaged, accepts the new party because she hopes to fix her broken family. amid misunderstandings, resentments and loving skirmishes, the girl discovers that she has truly become attached to the rich industrialist, while the ex-boyfriend goes from the initial disappointment to a truer affection in finding that his sister, his failed sister-in-law, is not indifferent to him and so the carosello has term: two new couples were formed with the prospect of a happy sentimental future.
