an inveterate thief, to escape capture, takes refuge in a place usually frequented by a magician and pretends to be him. he gets such a success that, by now identified with the role and wanting to overcome himself, he invents a very difficult game: going back in time. he succeeds so well that he is in prison, his usual place of residence.
