il canale degli angeli (1934)

a sailor, waiting to embark, arranges to be the controller on the water buses along the canals of venice. in the meantime he meets a married woman and intertwines with her, but problems arise because the woman's little son senses everything and becomes ill. everything returns to its place when the sailor embarks and leaves for good.
