Human Resources (1999)

a graduate in business economics, frank returns home to attend an internship in the same factory where his father works as a worker. assigned to the 'human resources' department, the young manager will soon realize that his plan for the thirty-five hour application will be used to restructure the company and lay off some workers, including his father.
