Filumena Marturano (1951)

filumena, a former prostitute who has lived for thirty years with the well-to-do domenico soriano (who hosted her for all that time more than anything else to have a servant) and loves him sincerely, devises a plan to finally get married: pretends to be at the point of death and the priest, at his bedside, convinces the man at a last-minute marriage. discovered the deception domenico would like to cancel everything, but filumena blackmails him stating that he is the father of one of his three children, but does not tell him which one. at this point, for man it remains only to recognize the three boys as children and also to accept filumena as a legitimate wife.
