fifteen minutes (2001)

a police inspector of the homicide team and an investigator of the arson section are on the trail of two ruthless killers who killed two people in an apartment that they then set alight. the investigation is complicated by the presence of a witness who is sought, for different reasons, from both couples, and from that of an unscrupulous television journalist thirsting for an audience.
