eros (2004)

ep.1: 'the hand': shanghai, 1963. chang, a tailor apprentice, is seduced by the measurements of the body of miss hua, a charming and handsome high-class prostitute. chang's fascination and love remain true over time. ep.2: 'equilibrium': new york, 1955. an advertiser is obsessed with a recurring dream: a woman who knows but cannot remember when he wakes up. ironically, his psychoanalyst during their first analysis session is continually distracted by an attractive woman who spies from the windows of the studio. ep.3: 'the dangerous thread of things': tuscany, today. a couple in their forties in crisis, decides to take a short trip to the sea to find some magic in their relationship. her husband's passion, on the other hand, seems to awaken thanks to the encounter with a free-spirited young woman.
