the construction site manager who builds a railway in kenya steals the suspicion of an italian technician to threaten a complaint against him and then blackmailing his wife with whom he is infatuated. but his diabolical plan is thwarted and the technician, who has been recognized as a stranger to the crime, goes to work serene with his wife in italian africa.
