daryl chase is a banker forced to flee because he is accused of having laundered dirty money for drug traffickers. thus he exchanges his identity with the delinquent freddy tiffany. unfortunately for him, however, the man with whom he exchanged the wanted place for reasons even more serious than his and so he finds himself with the fbi in the ribs.
