in today's tehran, the stories of two friends who make ends meet as they can. one is engaged to the other's sister, whom he has promised to marry. tradition, however, requires that the future bride wear a gold object on the occasion of the ceremony. the only possible solution for the two friends is to organize a theft against a jewelry store.
