crazy in alabama (1999)

alabama, 1965: peejoe's adolescence is marked by violent racial clashes between blacks and whites, still segregated, but also by the bloody eccentricity of the beloved aunt lucille. exuberant by nature and tired of the constant harassment her husband puts her on, lucille beheads her husband and, with his head in a plastic container, abandons his children and flees to california, determined to become a star.
