billy elliott, a small child of miners, has a passion for dance. unfortunately the community in which he lives does not conceive that a man, to be such, is different from the stereotype of the strong and muscular person. but billy is not discouraged and, despite the difficulties represented by his family, he embarks on a career as a dancer.
