an eccentric london inventor, phileas fogg is responsible for the extravagant found on the flight, electricity and even on skates, however the academy of which he is a member considers him a bit weird. determined to be taken seriously, fogg engages in a bizarre bet with lord kelvin, the head of the royal academy of science: he will be able to circumnavigate the globe in just 80 days. accompanied by the valet passepartout and by monique, a french artist in search of the thrill of adventure, fogg sets off for a frantic race around the world, which will take him to exotic places, by land, by sea and by air.
