acqua, vento, sabbia (1989)

after two years of absence, spent in search of a job, a boy returns home. on arrival, however, he finds the village completely deserted: all have fled due to a terrible drought. thus began a frantic search through desolate landscapes. before finding relatives, he must also fight for his own survival.
