the inhabitants of a russian city are upset by the vision of 'emmanuelle'. sleeping passions are awakened and strange facts begin to happen: a lieutenant vents his anger at his wife's infidelity by throwing bombs at the sheep, a guard risks ending up crushed naked by a press, while the forbidden love blossoms between a fourteen year old and a forty year old.
