the truman show (1998)

in the town of seahaven lives truman burbank, an insurance agent to whom everything seems to be going well. it is a pity that he is, in reality, the unwitting protagonist of a television program broadcast live twenty-four hours a day. and all the people around him are mere extras: his wife, for example, receives an extra $ 10,000 every time he sleeps with him. the entire town is a gigantic set, complete with a fake sky and reproduced seasons. truman will eventually discover the deception thanks to a woman's love.
