jack foley, bank robber, escapes from prison with buddy's complicity and finds himself in the trunk of a car with the federal sheriff in miami, the beautiful karen sisco. after the escape and the involuntary kidnapping, the sheriff returns to his job, while jack plans the most spectacular robbery of his career. meanwhile, however, love at first sight has struck.
