incontri di notte (1942)

the son of an industrialist falls in love with a young clerk and to be closer to her he enrolls in a night school that the girl attends. the idyll continues positively but unfortunately the young man has kept quiet about his real position so much that the girl believes him unemployed, so as to pray to his old professor to find him a job. the good man is interested in him and recommends it to the industrialist father of the young man, his former student. from here a series of misunderstandings that eventually, clarified for the better, will lead to the final conclusion of a beautiful marriage.
