documentary biography completely invented on colin mckenzie, a scottish immigrant to new zealand who was not recognized as a pioneer of the seventh art. illustrious personalities praise him as an absolute genius but forgotten by all the stories of cinema: inventor of sound as early as 1908 and a user of color since 1911. the director was abandoned to his madness and misery. in reality the character never existed.
